Earlier this year we joined forces with retired Executive Chef Skip to form our competition cooking team. We travel around North Carolina and South Carolina competing in KCBS (Kansas City Barbecue Association) sanctioned events. While these competitions are fun and we get to meet hundreds of wonderful people, it's a great opportunity to get the Shipwrecked Seasonings name out to the public. We will be starting some videos on the basics of cooking with Shipwrecked Seasonings so check back often for the links.
